Barry and Fitzwilliam will be presenting whisky from a range of international distilleries including:

The Classic Laddie

This single malt Scotch whisky was originally crafted by distilling legend Jim McEwan to showcase our floral and elegant House style. Unseated, it has become the company’s signature bottling. Jim has now retired but the spirit for this definitive Bruichladdich is still made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, and then matured for its entire life, on Islay, by the shores of Loch Indaal. Each vatting of this classic multi-vintage cuvee is now carefully assembled from a suite of individual casks by our Head Distiller Adam Hannett.

Islay Barely

This 2009 Vintage Distilled from grain grown in 2008 by Gilbe McCormick of Claggan, Hunter Jackson at Cruach, Ian McKerrell of Island and Alastair Torrance from Mulindry. These farms are centrally located on the island, providing a very different terroir to the wild maritime location of our 2007 release from Rockside. The Bruichladdich Islay Barley series celebrates the subtlety of terroir and our commitment to our Islay DNA.

Black Arts Unpeated

This 4th incarnation of the now legendary working, with the very finest American & French oak to explore that most esoteric relationship between spirit and wood, Black Art is Master Distiller, Jim McEwan’s personal voyage into the heart of Bruichladdich. We believe in the soul of the artisan. “Stars, hide your fires; let not light see my black and deep desires.", William Shakespeare, Macbeth

Port Charlotte Scottish Barley

Barely Heated to a Heavyweight 40ppm, Port Charlotte Scottish Barley is a cute crafted from casks hand-picked by Master Distiller Jim McEwan. It showcases the supreme elegance of this remarkable single malt - a union of the classic floral elegance of Bruichladdich and heavy peat. This whisky is testament to our belief that raw ingredients matter. Trickle distilled from 100% Scottish Barley the spirit gently matures in the lochside village of Port Charlotte before being bottled here at the distillery using Islay spring water.

Port Charlotte Islay Barley

Port Charlotte Islay Barley represents a milestone as, for the first time, perhaps in the Island’s history, a heavily heated single malt has been distilled using islay-grown barley. The wind-driven rain that lashes Islay's fields, and the Atlantic air breathed by the casks as they mature by the shores of Loch Indaal, gives the whisky its signature salty, citrus tang. Harvested in September 2008 from the farms at Coull, Kynagarry, Island, Rockside, Starchmill & Sunderland, peated to 40 PPM, then distilled in December of the same year, this is a whisky of flawless provenance.

Octomore 7.1 Scottish Barely

Each new Octmore generates a huge amount of anticipation and excitement. Connoisseurs of single malts from around the world have created a cult following for the world’s most heavily heated whisky series. Each release is a powerful illustration of the art of the master distiller. Each is necessarily unique, limited, finite, a celebration of nuance. It can never be reprod

uced. For Octomore 07.1 barley harvested from mainland Scotland was peated to 208ppm. Five years in American oak. Bottled at 59.5%. Octomore stands alone.

Octomore 7.3 Islay Barley

The second release of Octomore whisky. Made from barley grown along the coast, two miles from the distillery. It was distilled in 2010 from grain harvested on Lorgna field the previous Summer, heated to 169ppm and matured on Islay for all its life in American bourbon barrels and Spanish wine casks of Ribera del Duero. Uber provenance, uber experimental, this whiskey embodies the quintessence of the creator’s philosophy.

Octomore 7.4 Islay Barley

The latest radical expression, 7.4, was distilled from barley heated to 167ppm and matured in virgin oak. A first for Octomore. In 2008 the distilling team quietly laid down another “what if?” project in the far corner of the 1845 Port Charlotte warehouses. “What if we put 167ppm Octomore spirit into virgin oak casks? What would the combination of smoke-rich Octomore and sweet, honeyed vanilla derived from the great French oak forests of Allier produce?” This was uncharted territory, the first time that spirit distilled from Scottish malting barley and peated to these colossal levels had been matured in fresh wood.  For seven years, head distiller Adam Hannett carefully managed the heavyweight flavour profiles in play during the development of this very experimental dram – and he has now released just 12,000 bottles at 61.2% vol

Laphroaig 10 Year Old

One of the smokiest standard expression Islay single malts. What really makes this stand out above its rivals is the richness, complexity and body which are all here in bigger amounts than normally expected for a ten year old. This has some wonderful flavours of iodine, peat smoke, seaweed, plus some surprising sweetness, spiciness and fruitiness.Try this with just the smallest splash of water and you will get even more flavour out of it.

Bowmore 12 Years Old

Complex yet perfectly balanced, this 12 Years Old reflects the raw essence of Bowmore - thrashing waves, windswept landscapes and generations of tradition. Bowmore 12 Years Old has received much critical acclaim; the late, great whisky writer Michael Jackson proclaimed it "remarkably long and complex". We like to think of it as vanilla ice cream at a beach bonfire.

Bowmore 15 Years Old 'Darkest'

The Darkest Distinction Matured in an inspired combination of both bourbon and sherry casks, it's the final three years spent in Oloroso sherry casks that gives Bowmore 15 Years Old 'Darkest', one of the most beautifully balanced Bowmores, the rich, deep colour reflected in its name, and its warming finish. Delicious bouquet of dark chocolate, sun-dried fruits and a tell-tale wisp of Islay smoke and a wonderful cedar wood and rich treacle toffee on the palate.

Auchentoshan 12 Year Old

Triple distilled then matured for over twelve years. Our Lowland Single Malt Whisky has the tempting aroma of toasted almonds, caramelised toffee and the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste.aromas ofCrème brulee, a burst of citrus and the signature nuttiness and green leafiness.Smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime on the palate.

Auchentoshan Three Wood

This unique Auchentoshan Lowland Single Malt Whisky has been matured in three different cask types. Moving from American Bourbon to Spanish Oloroso Sherry - and finally Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks - Three Wood is a rich, complex whisky with incredible toffee and sherry oak flavours. A bouquet of Blackcurrant, brown sugar, orange, plum and raisin with falvours of Fruit and syrup. Hazelnut with hints of cinnamon and lemon. A butterscotch sweetness adds to the overall complexity.

Macallan Amber

Polite, almost apologetic at first, with a floral, citrus sweet nose that gains presence, commanding a chorus of vanilla notes over freshly harvested grain. Raisin, sultana and cinnamon look on as toffee apples and candy floss step into the limelighFresh green apples and lemons mingle with cinnamon. Ginger notes hover as fruit takes over, with subtle oak lingering in the wings.

Highland Park 12 Year Old

This whisky remains one of the gold-standard malts for other distillery bottlings to aspire to. With a delicious sweetness (heather-honey is their preferred description) and a warming, silky mouthfeel, this is a whisky that never lets you down. "The greatest all-rounder in the world of malt whisky". Michael Jackson, Michael Jackson's Malt Whisky Companion.

Jim Beam Honey
Jim Beam's take on the popular honey and whiskey liqueur. Made with Jim Beam's bourbon and real golden honey. Notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak with a superb honey finish. We recommend having this slightly chilled or over ice.

Jim Beam Double Oak
The new Jim Beam Double Oak is crafted in charred oak. Its' rich flavor comes from being aged a second time in another separate barrel.
Jim Beam Double Oak is first aged in charred American white oak barrels, then we pour it into another freshly charred barrel to mature for a second time. This second barreling allows the liquid to develop an even deeper level of oakiness and rich caramel.

Makers Mark

The grain ingredients of Maker’s Mark® include corn, red winter wheat and barley. All the corn and wheat are selected from handpicked area farms that have the same sort of limestone soil content as Maker’s Mark’s spring water. Woody oak, caramel, vanilla and wheat prevail on the nose with Sweet on the palate balanced with caramel, vanilla and fruity essences.

Canadian Club

Like all our whiskies 1858 Original is blended before ageing. This allows the subtle flavours of the rye, rye malt, barley and corn to marry perfectly before their long sleep in top quality white oak barrels. The result is a smooth, light, mellow flavour. The nose is of medium-body with notes of barley sugar and aniseed, notes of cut grass and fennel, a hint of straw and a vegetal freshness. The palate is quite sweet and gentle. There are notes of winter spice and dark sugars, a touch of rum. The finish is of medium-sweetness and of medium-length.
