Chef Paddy O’Neil & Bulleit Brand Ambassador Ronan Massey will walk you through the raw flavours of Bulleit bourbon and how they work with food. Sample a 3 course sample menu designed to showcase the flavours of Bulleit bourbon paired with Bulleit signature drinks.
You will sample:
Bulleit Bourbon cured wild Atlantic Salmon with Bulleit, sea salt & herbs
Bulleit Dry Aged Beef. 56 day old beef. And to finish, sample the sweeter side of Bulleit with a Bulleit honeycomb banana and toffee tart.
