Meet the Head of Maturation from Midleton Distillery , Kevin O’Gorman who will tell the story behind the latest edition to the Redbreast family and discuss the importance of the partnership between Midleton Distillery and The Lustau Sherry Bodega. A tasting of four whiskeys and one sherry will then be led by Michael Foggarty, owner of L. Mulligan Grocer in Stoneybatter, Dublin. You will taste two components of Redbreast whiskey - a first fill bourbon barrel component and a first fill sherry cask component. You will also taste Lustau Don Nuno sherry and experience a comparative tasting of Redbreast 12 and Redbreast Lustau.
