About The Quiet Man
The Quiet Man Craft Distillery Co. is a subsidiary of Niche Drinks, an independent Irish owned and operated drinks company based in Derry. Named after his father (John Mulgrew) whom was affectionately known as the Quiet Man. He was a bartender by trade for over 50 years in Belfast who saw a lot of things and heard many stories over the years, but never told a tale, keeping the barman's code. Hence "The Quiet Man" or as they say in Irish "An Fear Ciuin"
