Most of us are familiar with wine and food pairing, where by certain foods can accentuate certain aspects of a meal and certain flavours in the food can also emphasise some otherwise hidden qualities to the wine. What many people do not realise is this is also true for whiskey. With its expansive and varied flavour profile, it pairs superbly with a huge variety of food styles. We have tried to create a festival that combines sampling of some of the country’s finest whiskeys alongside some fantastic food and are lucky enough to be joined by some of the country's.
