About Rademon Estate Distillery Limited
Shortcross Irish Whiskey is carefully crafted at Rademon Estate Distillery.
In a time honoured tradition the Shortcross Irish Whiskey journey began in 2015
when we distilled our first Shortcross whiskey on Ireland’s smallest copper pot
still and we’ve been distilling our very own Irish Whiskey ever since.
We’re obsessive about the Irish Whiskey we craft! We carefully consider every
detail from mash bills, fermentation, distillation and maturation. We strive to
create as much flavour as possible in each step of our whiskey making process.
We launched our Inaugural release of Shortcross Single Malt Irish Whiskey in
December 2021 and followed that up with our first core release which is our
Shortcross Rye & Malt Irish Whiskey.
