Our state-of-the-art distillery is an authentically made, bespoke 1000L Irish Copper Pot Still designed to enhance the flavours in our premium spirits

 

The beautiful jagged black rock of Carrapuncha just North of Blackrock Village in County Louth, Ireland, inspired our minds to focus on the mineral-rich composition of the rock which dates back 443 million years ago when landmasses were low and the sea level was rising.

Each bottle produced on site is carefully hand-labelled and filled by our dedicated team at our 100% independent and Irish-owned distillery in Ireland, built by industry expert, Spectac International. At Dundalk Bay Distillery, we are continually pushing boundaries, from innovative filtering techniques to experimenting with new flavours and taste profiles. Our aim is to continue to surprise, excite and exhilarate our audience through unique and exclusive Irish spirits and drink.
