A world first, one-off project, allowing a collector, for the first time, to experience each of the five characteristics of taste - Bitter, Sour, Salt, Umami and Sweet - through five individually crafted and finished 23 year old Single Malt Irish Whiskeys.
Entirely imagined, designed and overseen by two Michelin Star Chef, Damian Grey, and Rupert Egan, Head Bonder of Egan’s Irish Whiskey. Each of these Single Malt Irish Whiskeys says something to the collector that they could never have expected to hear.
