About the Brand
Dingle Whiskey is distilled, matured, and bottled at Dingle Distillery on Ireland’s southwest coast. The spirit is triple distilled in bespoke copper pot stills crafted by Forsyth’s coppersmiths, with a fully hands-on production process from mashing to distillation cuts.
The distillery produces both Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish whiskey. Every cask is hand-filled and matured under careful observation, with no shortcuts or artificial manipulation. The whiskey reflects its environment — from local well water sourced 240 feet beneath the distillery to the Atlantic microclimate that shapes maturation.
At Dingle, nature determines the final character of the whiskey, ensuring each release is truly unique.
