About Skellig Six18 Distillery
Skellig Six18 Distillery is the home of Skellig Six18 Gin: an artisan, premium, handcrafted gin distilled in small batches on the Skelling Coast, Co. Kerry by the husband and wife team of June O'Connell and Pat Cooney.
The name Skellig Six18 was inspired by the number of steps that lead to the monastery at top of the famed Skellig Michael.
With a total of ten botanicals, the defining aromatics of Skellig Six18 premium Gin include locally foraged yarrow, fresh douglas fir needles and birch sap, delivering a herbaceous Gin with citrus and pink grapefruit notes.
